Operational training for technical and field services

Give every field team the right instruction for every site

Turn technical procedures, client rules and safety documentation into mobile training and step-by-step work instructions. Keep qualifications current and give every technician reliable guidance wherever the next assignment takes them.

Field teams work beyond the reach of the training room

Installers, maintenance engineers, fire-safety technicians, facility teams and cleaning crews move between sites. The task, building, customer rules and risks can change with every address.

Traditional training struggles with that reality.

  • Teams cannot be taken off the road together: Classroom sessions remove billable capacity and still miss workers who are on assignment.
  • Every client site is different: General training does not cover the access rules, emergency procedures and task conditions at today's location.
  • Knowledge sits with experienced technicians: People call a colleague when the procedure is difficult to find.
  • Evidence is requested by clients: Site access often depends on current qualifications and proof of instruction.
  • Updates travel through informal channels: Group chats and toolbox talks reach part of the team and leave incomplete records.

Aristotl gives field-service organisations one system for training, site knowledge, task execution and qualification evidence.

Instruction that travels with the technician

Build from your procedures and client documents

Upload installation procedures, maintenance instructions, toolbox content, risk controls and client site rules. Aristotl turns them into short training modules, knowledge checks and searchable content. Your team reviews everything before it is published.

Content can be scoped by customer, site, team or role. A technician sees the instruction for today's assignment without searching through procedures for every other client.

Support the work on mobile

Frontline access does not require a company email address. Training, knowledge and work instructions are available on mobile and in the worker's language.

The AI assistant answers practical questions from approved content and links to the source. For repeatable tasks, digital work instructions guide the technician one step at a time and capture photos, signatures, measurements, comments or blockers. Progress can synchronize when the connection returns.

Targeted communications send urgent site or procedure changes to the relevant people. Messages can require acknowledgement when confirmation matters.

Keep qualification and execution visible

Track internal training, practical sign-off and external qualifications in one place. Supporting documents, issuers, dates and expiry information remain attached to the person's status.

Analytics show completion and adherence by customer site, team, role and shift. Checklist logs provide a record of completed work, skipped steps, exceptions and corrective actions.

What field-service teams run in Aristotl

  • Client-site onboarding: Access, emergency procedures, local rules and permit expectations for each assignment.
  • Installation and maintenance work: Step-by-step instructions with task evidence and recorded blockers.
  • Toolbox and incident follow-up: Short updates based on real incidents, procedure changes and seasonal risks.
  • Qualification tracking: External certificates, internal courses and practical sign-off with expiry visibility.
  • Contractor and subcontractor instruction: Relevant content delivered and recorded for everyone entering the site.
  • Service consistency: Approved customer and service standards available to every technician in the field.

Reduce calls, delays and evidence chasing

  • Give technicians the current instruction at the location where they need it.
  • Keep client-specific rules separate without duplicating the full content library.
  • Reduce dependence on supervisors repeating the same explanations.
  • See qualification gaps before they affect planning or site access.
  • Provide clients with clearer records of training and completed work.

Support VCA and site requirements with better evidence

A general diploma does not cover the procedures and risks at every client location. Aristotl helps deliver company and site-specific instruction, record toolbox content and connect qualifications with the work people perform.

It supports the digital workflow and evidence. It does not replace a task risk assessment, practical competence assessment, site supervision or any legally required certification.

Frequently asked questions

Can we assign content for one client site only?

Yes. Content can be scoped by division, region, site, team or role. A worker only sees the information their access permits.

Can a technician use instructions without a stable connection?

Yes. Checklist progress and blockers can be stored on the device when connectivity drops and synchronized automatically when it returns.

Can we track certificates issued by another organisation?

Yes. Record the issuer, validity dates and proof document. External certificates appear in the same overview as internal training and practical sign-off.

Can clients or local managers see only their own scope?

Access follows the structure you configure. Head office can oversee the organisation while regional, site or other permitted users remain within their assigned scope.
