Questions teams ask before they roll out.

An LMS manages courses somebody else authored and reports completion in a portal. Aristotl starts from your existing SOPs, manuals and standards and rebuilds them as short instruction for people who work on a floor, and nothing is published until you have reviewed it. Organisations that keep an LMS keep it for office staff, longer programmes and external catalogues. What moves across is the frontline layer: site rules, task instruction, procedure changes and induction.

From the operational resources your organization already uses across its locations. From SOPs, manuals, standards, and brand instructions, Aristotl generates frontline-ready training content. We handle the conversion while your team decides what goes live across your frontline operations.

Aristotl structures your existing content into a rollout, and every step is reviewable before it ships and editable to your standard. Nothing is authored from scratch, and nothing reaches the floor without your sign-off. The source stays your content; Aristotl handles structure, not authorship, and you stay in control.

With short modules built around situations from the floor and questions that ask what the worker would do, rather than slides to read. The approach draws on problem-based learning and retrieval practice. We do not publish retention figures.

Yes. Access is scoped from day one, with four roles: Owner, Admin, Manager and Operator, each tied to a region, location or segment. Area managers and franchise principals run their own sites and teams, and completion is reported per site, region and team, so they check their own locations without working through everyone else's figures. HQ content and standards stay in one place, untouched.

Yes. Workday and BambooHR keep your people, teams and locations in step with HR: new starters get an account before day one and leavers lose access after their last day. Office staff can sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta or any OpenID Connect or SAML 2.0 provider, and your directory can create and disable accounts over SCIM (one system owns your people list, HR or the directory). No HR system to connect? Attach a staff list (Excel, CSV or PDF) to the assistant: it proposes which site and team each person goes into, and the invitations go out only once you have checked the list. For content, authors pick files from Google Drive, SharePoint or OneDrive; each file is imported once and later edits are not synced.

No. Aristotl runs in the mobile browser, with no installation and no company email address. Much of this workforce has no company laptop, phone or login, and any requirement in that direction quietly excludes the people the instruction is for. Where someone cannot or will not use their own phone, a shared device on site is a valid alternative.

The app and translated content are available in Arabic, Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Turkish and Ukrainian. You write a course in one base language and choose its target languages, so each worker follows it in their own language. When an admin has switched on machine translation, new and changed text is translated each time you publish, and you can still correct any translation by hand.

Yes. An admin adds your logo, favicon and three brand colours, and the app derives a readable light and dark theme from them. You can run the app on your own subdomain, such as learn.yourcompany.com, and send its emails with your logo, footer and sending domain, so staff see your brand and not ours.
