An AI assistant that answers from your procedures, not from the internet

Your teams ask a question the way they would ask a colleague. The answer comes from your own approved content, with the source attached.

01The problem

People do not search for documents. They ask questions.

Nobody standing at a machine thinks "I will consult section 4.2 of the maintenance procedure". They think "can I restart this or do I need to call someone". If the only way to get that answer is to know which document to open, most people will not open anything. They will ask the person next to them, and the answer will be whatever that person remembers.

That is how procedure drift starts, and it is invisible until an audit or an incident makes it visible.

The AI assistant closes that gap. Someone asks in their own words, in their own language, and gets an answer drawn from your approved procedures, with a link to the source so they can check it. If the answer is not in your content, the assistant says so instead of inventing one.

Grounded in your content

The assistant answers from your knowledge base and courses, not from general internet knowledge. Every answer carries its source.

Answers in their language

A question in Polish about a Dutch procedure gets an answer in Polish.

Always the current version

When you update the procedure, the answers change with it. There is no cached old truth.

02How it works

How the assistant gets its answers

  1. 01

It reads what you have published

Everything in your knowledge base and your courses becomes answerable. Nothing else does.

  2. 02

    Someone asks a question

In their own words, on their own phone, in the language they work in. No training needed to use it.

  3. 03

The answer comes back with its source

Two or three sentences, plus a link to the procedure it came from, so anyone can verify it or read the full context.

  4. 04

    The gaps become visible

When the assistant has to say a question is not covered, that is a signal about your content, not about the person asking.

05Questions

Questions we get

The assistant answers only from your own procedures. If your content does not cover a question, it says so plainly instead of guessing. Every answer shows the source it came from, with a link to the page, lesson or file.

No. It covers the moment someone needs one specific answer during a shift. Training covers what people need to know before they start. Most teams find the assistant tells them which training is missing.

Answers follow the same scoping as the knowledge base. Someone at one location gets the version that applies to that location.

The languages your teams work in, including asking in one language about a procedure written in another.

The assistant respects the same permissions as the rest of the platform. Someone can only get answers from content their site and role give them access to.

No. Your content is processed by Google Vertex AI in an EU region under a data processing agreement that excludes training on customer data. It is used to build your courses, answers and translations, nothing else.
