Platform
The platform underneath every rollout
The parts that decide whether a rollout survives contact with reality: phones instead of laptops, languages instead of one language, and access that matches how your organisation is actually structured.
01Capabilities
What the platform gives you
Mobile-first, and no company email required
Most of the people you need to reach do not have a company mailbox, a laptop, or a desk. Any system that starts with "send them an invitation by email" has already lost half its audience before day one.
Aristotl runs on the phone people already carry, on the shop floor, in the warehouse, at a customer site.
Frontline workers join through a QR code or access link their manager issues; no company email address, username or password is needed. Shared devices on the floor run a kiosk mode where each person signs in with a personal PIN.
Automatic translation into the languages your teams work in
On most frontline sites in the Benelux, the working language of the floor is not the working language of head office. Teams are Polish, Romanian, Portuguese, Turkish, Ukrainian, French and Dutch on the same shift.
Publish once and the content becomes available in the languages your people work in, without maintaining a separate library per language and without a translation project every time a procedure changes.
The app itself runs in 14 languages (English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Czech, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Turkish and Arabic). Course and message content can be translated into any language the translation model supports, which is a wider set.
Single sign-on with the identity provider you already use
For everyone who does have a corporate account, signing in through your own identity provider removes one more reason not to log in, and keeps access governed by the system your IT team already manages.
Aristotl supports SAML and OpenID Connect, with guided setup for Microsoft Entra, Okta and Google Workspace. Members can also be provisioned automatically through SCIM.
White label: your brand, not ours
Frontline teams engage with something that looks like their employer, not like a supplier.
Your logo, your colours, and your own web address.
Permissions that match how you are organised
Head office, country, region, site, department, role. Who may publish, who may assign, who may see which data, and who may only see their own team.
This is the part that decides whether a group standard stays intact while local sites keep the room they need. A site manager sees their own people. A regional manager sees their region. Head office sees the network.
SCORM export
Courses built in Aristotl export as SCORM 1.2 packages that run in the LMS you already have, so nothing you build here is locked in.
That keeps the decision reversible: the content you create stays usable outside this platform.
