The site changes with every address

Technicians are on the road, not in a training room. Aristotl brings the client's site rules and your instructions to the van, on their phone.

Every client site has its own rules and risks. And the technician reads them in the car park.

Where the standard slips

  1. 01

You can't get them in one room

Every classroom hour takes billable technicians off the road, and still misses who's on a job.

  2. 02

    Every client site is different

Access rules, emergency procedures and permits change with each address. General training covers none of it.

In Belgium the client must inform contractors of site risks and emergency procedures before work starts (Welzijnswet 4 August 1996, art. 9).

  3. 03

A VCA card is not site instruction

The diploma shows general safety knowledge. The client still asks what you told them about this site.

How field service companies instruct on the road

  1. 01

Turn client site rules into lessons

Upload the client's site rules, your installation procedures and toolbox topics. Get short lessons for the van.

    • A check at the end of each lesson
    • Drafted in every language your crews speak
    • Nothing live until you publish
    See AI course creator
  2. 02

Set up each client as a site

Group technicians by client site or team, so each one gets the rules for where they work.

    • Assign by site, region or team
    • A link and QR code per team
    • Subcontractors included
    See multi-site training
  3. 03

    Capture proof on the job

Installation and maintenance steps as checklists, with a photo, video or signature from the client.

    • Photo, video or signature per step
    • A number or reading where it matters
    • Day log as CSV or PDF
    See work instructions
  4. 04

Prove who is qualified for the site

VCA, BA4/BA5 and other certificates next to your own training, with a verify link for the client.

    • Issuer, dates and proof per certificate
    • Renewal opens before expiry
    • A verify page per certificate
    See training analytics
  5. 05

Send the toolbox topic to every van

Post this month's topic or an incident lesson to every team. Each technician confirms it, by name.

    • Target a region or team
    • Must-acknowledge updates
    • Named receipts and a pending list
    See internal communication

Share the certificate's verify link. The client can check that it is real and still valid, without a photocopy.

Yes. Run it as a checklist with a signature step, or post the topic as a must-acknowledge update with named receipts. The checklist day log exports as CSV or PDF.
