Aristotl forMulti-site training

Reach every site, every shift

Map your sites once. Every team joins with a link or a QR code on the wall. No company email needed.

Your crews don't have a company inbox. So every rollout stops at the store manager's desk.

A QR code per site, or one roster import that puts everyone in the right team.

    • A link and QR code per site or team
    • Import a staff list with the assistant
    • Everyone lands in their own language

In the app · Structure → Access links

  3. 03

    Scope what managers see

Area and store managers see only the sites they run.

    • HQ admins see every site

    • Store managers see their own store

In the app · Structure → Managers

Rolling out to every site

No. They join with their site's link or QR code, or pick their name on the shared kiosk in the back room.

Only if you give them more. A store manager sees the stores you assign, an area manager sees their region, and HQ keeps the full view.

Import your roster from a spreadsheet and everyone lands in their site and team. Put each site's QR code on the wall for anyone who is missing.

Office staff can sign in with single sign-on over SAML or OIDC. SCIM 2.0 keeps accounts in sync with any identity provider that supports it. Frontline staff don't need an account there.

Remove them from their site, or let SCIM deactivate them from your identity provider. Their access stops straight away.
