Glossary
The words that come up when you roll out instruction across sites in Belgium and the Netherlands, defined the way an operations manager needs them. Each entry says what the term means, who requires it if anybody does, and what it obliges you to do. Belgian and Dutch legal terms with no exact English equivalent get a plain English title with the original word in parentheses, such as onthaal and werkpostfiche.
