IntegrationsCloud drives

Your manuals already live in a drive. Start there.

Authors pick files from SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive, and they land in the knowledge base, ready to become training.

From drive to training in three steps

  1. 1

    Connect your drive

An admin approves Aristotl in Microsoft 365 or Google. For SharePoint, they add your SharePoint address. Companies that prefer it can register their own app instead.

In the app · Settings › Integrations

  2. 2

    Pick the files

When authors add sources, they open their drive in the familiar picker and choose the procedures and manuals they need.

In the app · Knowledge base › Add

  3. 3

    Turn them into training

The files land in the knowledge base. From there they answer staff questions and become courses and checklists.

Questions about cloud drives

Microsoft 365, which covers OneDrive and SharePoint, and Google Drive.

No. Each file is imported once, and later edits in the drive do not flow through. When a procedure changes, add the new version.

Usually not. The Aristotl admin who connects the drive needs the right to approve apps in Microsoft 365 or Google. If your policy asks for it, IT can register your own app instead.
